Custom email when Defect life cycle

I would like to  create a custom email notification whenever the defect is

 

 

1: Developer clicks on Create sub-task to create a new defect

1a: Defect is Assigned to the developer or Reassigned to another developer

2: Open defect transition to open the  defect 

3: Developer clicks on Open defect transition to open the  defect 

4:: Developer clicks on Fix defect transition to fix the defect 

5: Developer clicks on Closed  defect transition to close the defect

6: Developer clicks on Reject  defect transition to Reject the defect

7: The developer is forced to add comments using the comments required validator on transition screen  and I would like to  display the comments added by the developer during transitioning the email
