I would like to know if it is possible to move a script runner listener to a script runner postfunction.
Currently I have a Listener that based on the user assigned to the ticket, indicates in a group field, the group to which the assigned belongs.
I would like to convert it to a listener.
What should I consider?
I am a novice in this and they are asking me to confirm if it is possible. Thank you
To proceed, the Listener and Post-Function are very much the same, one of the differences that when you use the Post-Function, you do not need to use the event to invoke the issue.
You could reuse the code that you have used for the Listener in the Post-Function and change.
Issue issue = event.issue
to just issue.
