Closing a parent issues it will throw an error to close linked issues

Hi Team,

 Requirement:

1)I have  2linked issues are mapped with parent Story issue. when somebody try to close parent story  issue  manually it have to throw error message that all linked issues should close.

2) My requirement is simple I am looking to close parent issue manually. Could you please help on this

 

Please provide any Automation rule or Script for this requirement.
