using the feature "Incoming Mail" (from "System"), I can create a ticket if the recipient of the email (To:) is, for example, Support_JIRA@company.com
I need also to capture the sender of the same email and copy it to a custom field.
It seems to me that this function (Incoming Mail) does not allow me to do it.
How can I do? Is it possible to take this information using a groovy script?
