Hi Experts, we have some different issue types which depended on special issue type "Opportunity", so, in case when "Opportunity" were updated our script run a rule where "Opportunity ID" (from Opportunity issue) field equals to "SF Oppty ID" (from different issue types) field value, then if the rule is true our script copies fields values to all depended issue types - works perfect.
We also have another case when this rule should also work: when we update SF Oppty ID field in any different issue type - this doesn't work when issue update event fired, it's working only if issue updated again.

Hi Sergey, I know that this question is pretty well aged at this time, but have you reached out to the developer, Adaptavist, directly regarding this issue?
