[ABACUS] Does the funcionality Sub-Task Rollup to Issue works on Custom Sub Task Issue Type?

I'm trying to use the Abacus Sub-Task Rollup to Issue on a customized Sub Task issue type, but it does not work. I've tried with the same fields in to a subtask and it did work.

Is some configuration missing?

Hey Jason,

Thanks for the question! If you wouldn't mind, we would be able to help you much more if you raise a ticket with our support desk. Someone can get exactly what information we need and provide you with a resolution.
