I'm trying to organize an Atlassian community engagement program within my current employer and was looking for general advice on what the distinguishing characteristics of a successful internal Atlassian user engagement program would look like? Questions running through my mind:
What user activity metrics should I be looking at?
What are some good event topics to organize?
Lunch n Learn topics?
Content Ideas?
