Close customer edits in form via automation
Is there any way to Close customer edits of a form via automation? If not automation, is there any way to do so outside of requiring the agent to ensure this action occurs? Maybe within the workflow?

Incoming Webhook Response
Using an incoming webhook within automation and the response sent back is always "null". Is there anyway to send back a pass or fail response instead of always passing back "null"? Having "null" be the response doesn't allow for proper troubleshooting...

Orca Security Subtask creation
Within Orca, there are 3 options to generate Jira issue(s) (see screen capture). The one option is "Open one Jira ticket from an existing ticket".
