@William Pan, within the Admin Hub, yes, but I'm referring to the Groups area. When viewing a group that has a team associated to it, the team name should be a link that navigates you to that team within the Admin Hub. Inversely, the same suggestion for the Teams view within the Admin Hub. When viewing a team associated…

One of the benefits of the JPD Premium plan is the Roadmaps feature. That said, the 2.5x price increase from standard to premium has been a detractor from adoption within the company I work at.

These are all great additions. An improvement I would like to see is to have the Team value associated to a group, within the Admin console, be a direct link to that teams profile page. Yes, a link is accessible from the 3 dots, but why have the extra click? It would make this specific navigation more efficient.

I agree with both @Dave Mathijs & @__ Jimi Wikman . As I was watching the demo I found myself wondering why this is it's own "feature". It looks to me like the main benefit is having templated Case Notes forms (but in my experience with other templates, they won't fit the need and custom versions will need to be created…

Per your suggestion, I submitted my thoughts as an improvement suggestion within the "Give feedback" dialog in the workflow editor. It did not provide a ticket reference (just thanked me for my feedback). Here's what I submitted: Suggestion: Auto-advance after selecting a rule in the new workflow editor When adding a…

@Sami Shaik, * I did not receive a report and I did not attempt to audit any removals.* With fields they can remain included for convenience, not because they're actually in use. This being the case, instead of wasting my time ensuring everything was the way it had been, I put trust in Atlassian's auto-optimization tool.…

Bookmarked!

In my opinion the biggest reasons Jira tickets stick around forever are: * Fear of losing historical reference * Plan having unlimited storage capacity * Improper administration, therefore improper maintenance The same reasons hold true for Confluence content as well.
-
A little late to the party, but better late than never! * Where you work:* I'm an admin for everything Atlassian for a SaaS company * How many years you've used Atlassian tools:* I started working in Jira & Confluence server in 2008 * The Atlassian tools you're using (or have used):* Jira * Jira Service Management*…

Journeys is a very cool feature, though I'm still trying to figure out it's place within our org.

I appreciate the new workflow editor. I think there's still some improvements to make. One example would be when configuring any type of rule, when the rule is clicked progress to the next screen. Don't make me click the Select button.

The update to roles within Confluence has been great. Really appreciate this article detailing everything.

I need to get something like this implemented within my site...

The more metrics the better!

Agreed, good content. Many of our users think it's just terminology differences when we talk about these different features. Having a quick comparison like this is helpful!
-
Very nice! More efficient calls like this are always welcome.

Great overview. My biggest concern with Rovo (as an admin) is maintenance. People love to create and then abandon, but never clean up. I need ways to determine usage of things like agents so we don't end up with outdated, unmaintained agents that people may attempt to utilize. HAving the agent level controls is helpful,…

We received the migration in our sandbox a couple months ago and I was worried about it getting enabled in our production instance. Playing around with the feature in the sandbox, it was pretty good. Definitely seemed more intuitive than config schemes. We just enabled it in our production instance about 2 weeks ago.…

This is a cool idea. I need to create a proper onboarding path for users and I could definitely see something like this improving engagement.

Formula fields! Wooooooo!

I see what you're asking for and I agree. Currently, the best configuration you could do is something like this, but then you have a view with a long horizontal scroll bar.

Whiteboards and Databases Are Now Supported in Atlassian MCP v2 and CLI

What's the timeline for this moving from preview to GA?

Thanks for the follow-up @Linda Wu!

I don't have access to the feature in my instance yet, so I may be getting ahead of myself asking this question, but reading through the description for this feature, it sounds like the content author is selecting who the approvers should be? Am I reading that correctly? Is there (or will there be) configurations where the…

I completely agree that this is an issue that Atlassian should address. Fine if you want to have some overly elongated process for deletion of a site, I get it, but the ability to block users from creating sites should be included with a standard Guard subscription. Having Guard is what allows you to claim ownership of a…

I am a big fan of the Roles feature. I think this makes permissions in Confluence so much easier and cleaner to manage/maintain. Having a scheme setup (like Jira) would be really nice. It would allow permissions to be provided behind the scenes that individual space admins wouldn't be able to alter. From an app admin…

@Kamila Czubaj, When released in GA, will this feature be available on the Standard plan? I would like to sign up for the EAP, but we are currently on the Standard plan and I don't want to make something available that will be taken away once it moves to GA.
-
I reached out to Atlassian support. They directed me to this improvement request. They also pointed out an EAP for Improved JSM Operations reporting.

Yeah, that's my next step. Just wanted to make sure I wasn't overlooking something obvious. Thanks for the assistance!
