My sprint health data is inaccurate. The gadget is powered by a set board. I know i have at least 5 days of to do/open (blue) work in the sprint and it's showing as having nothing in the sprint health report.

Sprint -days left is about the sprint duration that you have mentioned in the backlog mode
You might have already crossed the days you set there.
It is not about the remaining effort estimation left.
