I need to check the values in certain custom fields in a report and maybe even print the report.
You can create a report on a Jira dashboard or in Confluence that pulls the information from a Jira filter. The Jira filter will allow you to check the value in a custom field and display the report information you desire. You should be able to print either report. The confluence report will probably look nicer than the Jira dashboard.
