Not a fan of the new UI. Where do I find the option to delete the agile boards? They show up under the project but no option to delete/manage.

If you click on the magnifying glass icon (Search) and choose View all boards, then at the right hand end of each row (board) there are 3 dots - click on the three dots for the board you want to delete
