How can I deploy a Service Desk Application?

We have created our new Service Desk (added some custom fields and validations, updated the workflow, SLAs, etc). Now we need to move it to the Production Enviroment. 

How can we do this task? I did not found a deployment process in the documentation. Can we use any of the other Atlassian tools e.g. bamboo, fisheye? Are there any command line commands we can use?

Hi Anna,

In order to move a Service Desk project from one instance to another you will need to restore the project via an import.

In addition, you can try an add-on to move issues from one project to another using an add-on such as Clone and Move or Bob Swift's CLI.
