I created an automation rule in a sandbox project for when an Assignee is updated on any work item, the Team updates automatically based on if that user belongs to any of the native Jira teams. This worked well because the User condition Check to perform → User (Assignee) 'is in group or team' is available. I created this rule back in July and realized it wasn't available in our production instance so I failed to move the rule over to prod at the time, assuming it would be released in an upcoming version.
Fast forward to now (late October) - I just went in to configure this same rule in production, assuming it would have to be there by now and sure enough, it's not. The only option in production is 'is in group' which does not pull in the native Jira Teams like it does in sandbox.
Am I doing something wrong or does anyone know why the automation rule options for user conditions would be different in either environment? Screenshots attached for reference.
