Unable to uninstall/remove 3rd party apps as admin "Something went wrong"

Question

Presently, I am unable to uninstall (or even install) any apps from the Marketplace. I am a product admin, familiar with the process, but something is quite wrong. Both inabilities are troubling, but not being able to remove an app that is listed as a "Security Risk" is the higher concern. I have reported it to Atlassian support last month. It is sitting at "Investigating" so, reaching out to the community.

Does anyone who why I would receive the message "Something went wrong. Uninstall failed - Issue Formula"?

I’ve tracked down your open tickets and confirmed that they are actively being investigated by the team. I’ve flagged this with the assigned engineers and asked them to provide you with an update on the progress within the tickets.

You should receive an email notification once the team updates your cases.

Atlassian support says they have escalated it, but still no answer. No word back from the maker of the app either.

This is something you need to take with Atlassian asap. might be something on your instance.

I was inclined to think a problem with the vendor, but if you cant install new apps thats ticket worthy.

Ill assume you have org admin permissions right? only org admins can install/uninstall apps.
