I have added people to this board but they are not able to see it
Hi @sahitya_satrasala
Adding people to a board doesn't grant access — board visibility comes from other settings. Check these three things:
In most cases it's #1 or #2. If they get a "you can't view this board" or "log in" error, it's #3.
Side note: the board link in your post only works inside your own site, and it exposes your internal project name publicly — you may want to edit the post and remove it.
Check your filter and with whom the filters have been shared with.
Check the Browse projects permission as well to see who is there.
Sahitya — before adding more users or changing the board/filter again, I’d verify whether the affected people actually receive Browse Projects through the project’s effective permission paths. In Jira, board visibility can look like a board problem when the real blocker is project access underneath it — and users can also retain access through a different group or role than the one you expect. I build ConfigHound – Permission Impact Preview for Jira to preview those permission changes before applying them: who would really lose access, and who would still keep it through another path. Your case is a useful real-world test. If you try it against these users, I’d be interested in whether it identifies the missing or surviving access route. Disclosure: I’m the developer of ConfigHound.
