Question

こちらのチケットが見れなく、アクセス申請を出しても見れない状況です。
おそらくアーカイブにあるのではと思っているのですがゴミ箱たどり着けず困ってます。
こちら復活したいです。ご確認の程よろしくお願いいたします。

Ok, I am sorry - I missed the archive and trash bin part on my first reading. If you can't find the work item because it is either archived or deleted, there are 2 possible situations:

* if the item has been deleted, unfortunately that is definitive. Deleted work items cannot be restored, so they will be gone for good. That is why it is very much recommended NOT to let people delete work items from Jira, but use a status like cancelled / rejected instead, so you keep a trace of such items.
* If the item was archived, this support article describes where you can find and restore them from.

This very much looks like a request you should address with your internal team's administrator. You have landed on the Atlassian Community, a public forum with mostly users like yourself who can't access your environment.

Try to find out a project / space administrator for the LAMP space inside your organisation first and see if they can assist you.
