Hi

look for the following common cases for Atlassian access Issues provided by Rovo:

1. Permission / License Issue

• Your Atlassian account may not have the right product access (e.g., Jira, Confluence)

• Your admin may need to grant you access to a specific project or space

2. SSO / Authentication Problem

• If your org uses SSO (Single Sign-On), your session may have expired

• Try logging out completely and logging back in through your company's SSO portal

3. IP Restriction or VPN Required

• Some orgs restrict Atlassian access to corporate VPN or specific IP ranges

• Make sure you're connected to VPN if required

4. Browser / Cache Issue

• Clear cookies and cache for *.atlassian.net

• Try an incognito/private window

5. Account Not Provisioned

• If you're new or accessing a different Atlassian site, your account may not yet be provisioned
