E-Mail notifocation doesn't work

Hello everybody,

our E-Mail notification doesn't work from the beginning on (for me as well as for the whole team) despite all settings (individuall as well as global) seems to be right and aktive. We are using the Cloud Free-account at the moment. Could anybody help me somehow? Sopport seems to be not possible with the Free-Plan ...

When is "from the beginning"?

What notifications are not being received?

1. Notifications about work item events that are set up to be delivered to internal/licensed users?
2. Notifications set up to be delivered to customers of a Service Management space?
3. Notifications that are being sent by Automation rules?
4. Notifications that are being sent by custom workflow post functions?

Have you checked that outgoing email is not disabled?

Have you reviewed the notification configuration and confirmed that:

1. You are doing things that are recognized as Events by the configuration
2. For those events recipients have been designated
3. If the recipients are Role, Groups, or references to User picker fields like Reporter, you have confirmed that users are identified within those recipients?

Are you getting the notifications under the Bell icon within the Jira Application?

Is anybody getting any email at all from your Jira instance?

Has each affected user checked their personal Notifications Preference (from the gear icon near your avatar) and confirmed that ALL notifications are enabled?

Are the emails all part of the same domain?
