How to reactivate JIRA subscription

Hi ,

Our Team is currently facing a severe business crisis. Our Jira Cloud site (-) has been completely down and locked out for over 48 hours due to a subscription cancellation.

Because the interface is locked, I am completely unable to access the billing page to pay our subscription bill.
