Are you sure that you are logged in to the system with the same credentials that are granted the permissions?
Have you tried the same thing in another browser app, or a private browser window? Sometimes the browser caches identity information such that even if you enter the correct credentials in the Atlassian login screen a different identity that is cached in your browser may be passed through to Atlassian instead.
i tried all this thing you mencioned, i have an only one account for jira y can see my list of task and i can create them but i navigate to this section clicking the second card in the screen shot. but i cant go to see the backlog or go inside this space. another spaces i have work perfect.

How are you attempting to access the space when you get the message in your first image? Are you using a saved bookmark or clicking a link saved somewhere else? Can you share with us the URL that is displayed in your browser?
It is possible that if you are using a link directly to a board or backlog, that board may have been deleted.
For the second image that is posted what do you see in the navigation panel on the left while the list of issues is displayed on the right? Do you see the space name listed on the left? Does it have an arrow you can click to expand options below it to see the list of associated boards? Can you provide a screen image?
