Fetching error Using rest api Node js

Kindly note that while fetching the api request from the service account in a specific project it returns no response only specific datas are coming

What is your expectation?

You have made an API call to get the information from a specific component, e.g. component with ID 11319.

Does the API token of the service account have all the following scopes:

• read:project:jira
• read:project.component:jira
• read:user:jira
• read:application-role:jira
• read:avatar:jira
• read:group:jira
