Jira bugs created fro Service Management - attachment not copied

Question

When we (through Automation) create a Jira bug from a Service Request the Bug report is created successfully but the attachments are not copied. In the automation there is an error:

Issues created successfullyCP-200Issues created successfully, but something went wrong while copying attachments.CP-200No more details about what is wrong and how to fix it. The attachments are quite important when a bug shall be looked upon.

Is the attachments field actually on the create work item screen?

You can always try to work around by doing a Branch on the "most recently created work item" and add the attachment that way.

Does Jira automation has the permission to add attachments to Work items in the Space?

Is there any additional information in the logs for the rule?
