We have two project in Jira Service Mangement and I cannot add new users to this project. The license for Confluence is working. Can you please guide.

What happens when you try to add users to the project? If you get an error message, what is it?
Are you trying to add an Agent or a Customer?
What type of subscription plan do you have for JSM?
