I have create subtasks for one story, that story is moved out from the sprint, I want to move the subtasks to different parent.

In response to your question: yes, you can move subtasks to a different parent issue — but there are a couple of details to keep in mind depending on your Jira setup.
Here’s how you can do it:
Open the subtask you want to move.
Click the More (•••) menu in the top-right corner.
Select Move.
In the move wizard, you’ll be able to change the parent issue.
Follow the steps and confirm the change.
