Can't access Jira - white screen and hash error

Question

I'm just trying to access my Jira space but the page just keeps loading, sometimes it shows the "error page" but immediately reloads again. Any idea on how to solve this?

Could you please check the following

* Make sure that you are running the latest browser version, which is compatible with the cloud environment.

* Clear the browser cache so that old information is cleared. For example, in Google Chrome.

* Run the browser in incognito mode to see if this is affected by stored information on the browser.

* Manually disable the extensions to avoid any of them possibly blocking the content from being loaded.

* Try on a different machine/environment so we can discard possible different configurations.

Hey there, I think we can try several ways and see if they can help:

* Clear your browser’s cache and cookies, then try accessing Jira again
* Open Jira in an incognito/private window or a different browser to see if the issue persists
* Try another space/ create a new space and see if you can access it* If other spaces work fine, it could possibly be some permission issues

Maybe try it with a different browser or with Incognito mode to see if you still get the error.

Are you simply going to mydomain.atlassian.net where mydomain is the value for your site?
