Unable to download an attachment

Hi,

I've a jira-ticketa in my project and whenever I try to download an attachment (which is in any format) in any ticket, nothing downloading. I've tried with both chrome and edge. Uploader itself me. My other team members able to download the files. But I' not able to download. I've enough permission, I guess. Before I can be able to download; Suddenly I don't know what happened.

Clear your cache and cookies or try a different browser or an incognito window.

Might even be related to a browser add-on you might have installed.

There is no specific permission for the Attachment Downloading, if you can see the ticket, it is enough.

Please confirm the following points.

Have you tried clearing your browser cache?
Do you see any error message, warning when you click “Download”?
Do you have any browser extensions active?

After trying it on chrome-dev-session, downloading attachment worked.

chrome.exe --disable-web-security --user-data-dir="C:/ChromeDevSession"

While debugging I've found `button clicked` event not getting any data on my edge/chrome-browser; but chrome-dev-session getting that. Anyway, to resolve this?
