With Regards to above question, Once the work item is moved to status Done, still due Date showing in Red Color does not look good. is there any way to remove due date for work item only in status marked as Done under Project Board.

You can use an automation, like this one - https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/automation-template-library/rules#/rule/9918996/207129071 , but instead of setting the start date to update the due date to be blank / cancelled.
