My Active Sprint board is only showing tickets that have my name. Other users are only seeing tickets with their names. In the past, we were able to see all tickets with all users.

In the board configuration and what is the JQL of the filter used for the board?
Project = project name order by Rank ASC
Is there a quick filter enabled on the board?
Please show a screenshot of the board?
There is no quick filter enabled. It stays the same after enabling the quickfilter.
