Tempo account not visible in Jira Automation

Hi,

In Jira Automation (Cloud), I'm trying to define a rule to create work items having a specific Tempo Account, but the account in question is not visible in the list of accounts available:

I compared the account's configuration with another account that works, and other than applicable Jira projects which are not the same between the two, I can't see any other reason why it wouldn't be visible in the Automation list.

Yes, the Jira project concerned by the rule is in the Tempo account's setup.

I saw another thread about a bug with the limit of 1000 accounts in Tempo. We are way below that.

Any idea what might be the issue here?

I posted this question in the wrong group. I meant to post it in the Jira-Cloud group.

I tried 4-5 times to re-create it in the Jira-Cloud group and everytime I click Save I'm brought back to the initial product selection page, without any confirmation message or error message. When I check in my profile, the posts are not saved. Yet, there is no way to MOVE this post to the Jira-Cloud group. I'm stuck! Help please @Tempo Support or @moderator!

I don't understand what you are suggesting.  What is the "transition page"?

I am an Atlassian Org Admin in our instance and I'm configuring an automation rule. I have access to everything in Jira, Confluence and Tempo.
