Unable to access past Sprint 1 after I completed it.

I have already finished Sprint 1 and started Sprint 2, however I have no option to look back on the past tasks in Sprint 1 and I am unable to create the report as I am not an admin. Shall the reporting of each sprint have to be handled by the admin only?

You don’t need to be an admin to view past sprints or reports. Any user with Browse Project permission can access them.

To view Sprint 1:

Go to your board → Reports (left sidebar) → Sprint Report.
Use the dropdown to select Sprint 1.

If you don’t see the Reports tab, check:

You’re on a Scrum board (Kanban boards don’t have sprints).
You have the Browse Project permission for that project.

You can access past sprint-related data by following the path below

Alternatively, you can type in a JQL to see tickets associated with old sprints.

Project = 'XYZ' and Sprint = "Type the sprint name here"

In Company Managed projects:

You can access past sprint data in sprint report. You can navigate to your project -> Reports -> Sprint report

In Team Managed projects:

You can access past sprint data from Sprint Burndown report. More details here: https://www.atlassian.com/agile/tutorials/burndown-charts
