Could you please advise how we can now view or export the list of Portal-only customers?

Hi,

We are currently using Jira Cloud Premium with Jira Service Management. Previously, we were able to view the list of Portal-only customers via the following article:
Export Portal-only Customers List.

However, after the recent update to the administrative console, we are no longer able to access the Portal-only customers list.

Could you please advise how we can now view or export the list of Portal-only customers?

Please find the steps

1. on the new admin scroll down to site 

 

Click on the site you want the list

when you click on it it should take you to below page 

 

Click on portal customers only 

and export the list
