Previous community answers (specifically Solved: Automation using form field value as a condition) got me to this point in my automation setup: * Trigger - when form submitted* specific form called Project Rollout Feedback * {{smart values}} condition * First value * {{form.last.ProjectFeedback.label.first}} * where the specific field's field key is ProjectFeedback - no spaces * the field is a single select drop down * Condition equals Second value* "SiteDocs rollout" * no " and space included I have several test tickets that have been created from the portal with the form and the value SiteDocs rollout is in the relevant field (field key ProjectFeedback). But the automation (to add specific folks to the recipient list) isn't working. The audit log says: Forms submitted {{smart values}} conditionThe following work items did not match the condition:Any advice on what I'm doing wrong? That all should work the way you have it. It might be a timing issue where the form has not fully loaded or something when it tries to process the condition. Put in a Re-fetch action or two before the Condition and see if that helps.

I have several test tickets that have been created from the portal with the form and the value SiteDocs rollout is in the relevant field (field key ProjectFeedback).

Hi Martina - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Can you share an actual screenshot of your rule with details for the smart values Condition?

Not that it will make a difference, but you shouldn't need to add the .last to the form field. Just ending in .label should be enough.

Sorry, I meant to say .first not .last. Again, not sure that dropping the .first in the smart value will make a difference but it might.

And you are sure the Field key value is exactly ProjectFeedback? Can you share a screenshot of the field details in the form? (If taking out the .first doesn't work :-)
