I verified the notification and template are ok and should show the comments.

I verified Safe Customer Notifications are off

This is affecting both a Jira Software project and a JSM project.

It seems to be related to a new feature they pushed - Control access to external user email and notifications, can be found in the release notesAlthough I still don't understand why our internal users are affected...we don't have any external users.Steps to revert:* In admin hub, click “Security” → “External users” page
* Select the “External user policy”
* Ensure Authorization method is set to None
* Ensure Email and notification visibility is set to Allow
* Update the policy
