Not able to add my team members to the newly created Team

Hello Team,

I have a service project with my team already set up, but I'm having trouble adding team members. Could you please assist?

could you please try removing the license of the user who is facing the issue and again adding the JSM license.
Additionally, make sure he is part of default product group in the user management:
