How can I filter out all project access and view which projects are Private, Limited, or Open?

Question

I'm trying to filter out all projects in our Jira environment by Project Access. Ideally, I'd like to see all Open and Limited projects and convert them to Private. We are on the Jira standard plan and from what I can tell, I'll need to create a filter to do this.

The only other way to do this I believe is to manually go through each project. 
Only Team managed projects have those three options for permissions. I have had to recently go through a full site and mark all team managed projects as private due to adding third party users to the site for a company managed project.

Company managed projects use the permission scheme to determine if its private or public. So my guess is that you are using Team managed projects.
