Are you getting any error message? Or does the loading take long time?
I'm currently not sure why is it only related to agile board. However, can you tell us how about the Issue navigator filters? Are they also taking long time to load?
What version of JIRA Agile and even more important to me ehich browser are you using? Did this happen all of a sudden?
