Hi @barbara foblets and welcome, in my opinion there is some issue with smart values used in your automation : * Try to use {{creator.displayName}} * Try to set timezone following code {{[date].convertToTimeZone([timezone])}} (https://support.atlassian.com/cloud-automation/docs/jira-smart-values-date-and-time/)* Example {{now.setTimeZone("Australia/Sydney")}} Hope this helps, Fabio

Hi,

We have an automation that sends an email when an issue is created. However, there are two issues:

in my opinion there is some issue with smart values used in your automation :

Try to use {{creator.displayName}}
Try to set timezone following code {{[date].convertToTimeZone([timezone])}} (https://support.atlassian.com/cloud-automation/docs/jira-smart-values-date-and-time/)
1. Example {{now.setTimeZone("Australia/Sydney")}}
