Outlook for opening issue via e-mail

Hi,

So my company has outlook as the e-mail provider, and Im trying to link it to a request type for opening issues when someone sends an e-mail, before we had another e-mail provider that worked fine, but when we switched to outlook 365 I couldn't connect the account to jira, I tried using Microsoft instructions to use the server:  outlook.office365.com, with POP protocol and port 995, but it didn't work, does anybody has a clue on how to configure the outlook e-mail on jira?

 

I got this error message (translated): 

 

 

Unable to add email address

Unfortunately, Jira was unable to connect to the email server. See the message from the mail server: "Read timed out"

 

This message probably mean that I have the wrong server or port, but I used Microsoft configuration  instructions

Hello,

In order to connect to a Microsoft mail server, Jira requires OAuth to make the connection.

I suggest reviewing our documentation on mail handler and Microsoft Oauth when adding your own mail server, which can be found here.
