Suddenly, all my Pages that have a table of contents, have lost any hyperlink styling in the TOC. What happened? Can you please restore the Blue text etc styling in the TOC?

If your Confluence instance has custom CSS applied, recent changes might have overridden the default hyperlink styles. Login as administrators and navigate to Space Settings > Look and Feel > Stylesheet. Review the custom CSS rules to see if they're affecting link styles within the Table of Contents.
If you find rules like 'a { color: inherit; }', you can modify or remove them to restore the default blue hyperlink style. On the other hand, adding custom CSS like '#toc a { color: #0062cc; text-decoration: underline; }' can also revive the classic blue color and underline style for TOC links
