How do I get the results of manually triggered user prompt to comment internally on a ticket?

I'm just getting started with automations, and Ive run into what I suspect is a very simple issue, but I can't find an answer.

What I wanted was a manual trigger that asks the user to enter some info, and then copies those questions and answers over to the ticket with an internal comment.

The prompt does happen, but the information isn't copied over to the ticket once the user input box is filled out and the continue button is pressed.

I tried adding the screenshot when I did the post but for some reason it wouldn't allow me to. I literally just want he results of the trigger to post as a comment, as opposed to right not, the trigger runs and nothing really happens.

For a question like this, context is important for the community to help.  Please post the following:

* an image of your complete automation rule in a single image for continuity,
* images of any relevant actions / conditions / branches,
* an image of the audit log details showing the rule execution, and
* explain what is not working as expected and why you believe that to be the case.

Until we see those...

With the user inputs for the Manual Trigger, the smart value {{userInputs.yourField}} helps to access the information for each field.  Did you use those in your comment?
