May I know why I do not have function of "Clone" under "More" this button?
And I am unable to edit the Jira after created it. Is it related to access right issue?

Are you on JIRA Cloud or datacenter?
It is most likely related to access issue. Were you able to access this feature before and it disappeared all of a sudden?
