Epic names not displaying

Question

In the Backlog the Epic names dont display. When I click on the individual item the epic appears. When I go out of jira and back in the epic name is gone

The epic filter doesn't have any of the epic names and the epic panel doesn't show any epics

This is a new issue - the epics had been displaying prior to 2 weeks ago

Issue: Epic Names Not Displaying in Backlog

Recently, I’ve encountered an issue where Epic names are not showing up in the Backlog. When I click on an individual issue, the Epic name appears, but when I navigate away from the issue or reload Jira, the Epic name disappears.

Additionally, the Epic filter is not displaying any Epic names, and the Epic panel doesn’t show any Epics at all.

This problem started happening after the last Jira update, which was about 20 days ago. Up until then, the Epics had been displaying as expected. I also recently changed the project key, which may be related to this issue.

Hello, Good day. I see a similar report on our end, where the issue title is not displayed in the backlog view. Will update here once the issue has been fixed. Thanks

Could you please verify if this is a team-managed project? If so, was the project key updated recently?
