* Date of migration from Server to Cloud (Jira, Confluence, JSM): 2024-05-19
* Number of sites accidentally created on that first day: 1
* Time elapsed since migrating to Cloud with "managed" users: 8 months and 1 week (as of 2025-01-28)
* Number sites created by users in that time: 65
* Number of sites actually intended to be created by those users: 0
* Longest number of days where new site was not accidentally created: 36
* Average number of days between new sites accidentally being created: 4.5
* Number of sites where we never received notice of site creations: 5
* Number of support tickets created to expedite deletion of sites: 27 (I used to consolidate requests, now every new site gets its very own ticket)
* Average time from filing support ticket to deletion of sites: 17.6 days
