Add Design for Figma section disapears on refresh or exiting on Jira tickets

We have the Figma Plugin install in Jira. When going to add a design to the ticket, it gets linked and shows the design section as normal, but upon refreshing page or exiting the page, the linked Figma design section disappears. Not sure if it's a bug from Jira or the Figma plugin.

Note:
Our Jira admin noticed it says:
"Jira says Figma is disconnected because either access was revoked or something else went wrong. Someone with team admin permissions has to reconnect it in Jira."

He then tried to re-connect it himself and it still disappears on refresh... Is it working for anyone else?

Welcome to the community! 

I just ran into your question after answering a very similar one that was posted a few hours earlier. 
You can always check first for other existing questions and add on to those before posting. 

You can find more information here; unfortunately this is a Figma app and there does seem to be an active problem. I would advice going over to Figma support and log it as a bug.
