Because we need a multiple project.

To add a new Workflow to a project you have to go to Project Settings > Workflow. You can add existing workflows, edit your current one or change your workflow scheme.Here is an Atlassian Documentation showing the steps to create, edit and associate new workflos to a project.
Note: if you want use the same Workflows in multiple projects you can use the same Workflow Scheme sharing it among them.

Hi, @Tech Admin - SK Finance Limited .Is your project company-managed or team-managed? You can check this info at the bottom of the menu on the right:
You have a team-managed project, so you must follow the steps in this documentation here: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-work-management/docs/how-to-create-workflows-for-team-managed-projects/
Go to Project Settings > Issue Types > Select the issue type > Edit Workflow.
Note: for team-managed projects, it is not possible to share workflows as we do in company-managed project.
