Client validation on customer portal

Vijay Dadi_b69v44

Hello,

I am trying to achieve client-side validation of fields on the customer portal, before the requests are submitted.

NOTE: Open for suggestions on any of the applications available in marketplace.

Hi @Vijay Dadi ,

What would be a particular requirement you're looking at when it comes to validation?

Meanwhile, here are some feature suggestions on the topic related to Forms builder in JSM and ticket creation (portal-facing):

• JSDCLOUD-10703: Form Validation: Date/Time relative validation (range, +/- x days)
• JSDCLOUD-12173: Forms: Ability to validate field values during ticket creation
• JSDCLOUD-4744: Some fields should be validated before the request is created by Customers

Cheers,
Tom
