Problem with status transition in automation

Hello everyone, we recently moved to DC from Cloude, there is one automation that works like this. The user creates a task. A person answers it, it goes into the status “Waiting for a response from the client”, when the client (that is, the one who started this task) responds, then it goes back to the status Open, the problem is that it goes into the status “Waiting for a response from the client” , but back to "Open" there is no

Hi @Andrey Ivanov,

Check if the project workflow has a transition from "Waiting for a response from the client" to "Open". If this transition exists, set the checkbox "Bypass workflow conditions and permissions" in the Transition issue action:

Perhaps, the rule actor has no access to this transition.
