How to get a Jira admin Access

I need to setup a new project for the Software Verification team and also need to bulk create stories via csv import.

It looks like I need to get a Jira Admin access to create a project and do the needful to start this.

Kindly help me out with the setup to get the required access.

Welcome to the community !!

Only your Company's jira admins can grant you the admin access. You need to contact them.

May be your company's IT team or Helpdesk can guide you.

That's correct - company-managed projects can only be created by Jira administrators, while who can create team-managed ones depends on how global permissions are configured. You can read more about creating a project here: Create a new project

As for the CSV import, it's also the case that this feature is only accessible to Jira administrator as it is located in Settings > System > External System import. You can read more about it here: Import data from a CSV file
