Dashboard-Richfilter Views-Not fecting the user profile timezone.

Question

Dashboard-Under Views, time for created date is different from the defect level created date.In user profile, I have set the timezone as GMT -6 (Chicago). Under jql filter file, time is correctly shown when i download from Dashboard views, created date has 1 hr less.

When i view directly on Jira Dashboard, tooltip shows correct time as in JQL and Defect view. But when i download the excel from Richfilter views, in the downloaded file, the created date shows different time. My system timezone and Jira timezone are synced already. Can u try downloading and then check pls?

Welcome to the Community! Could you please share a screenshot? I'm checking on my side and I can see the same date and time in rich filters and in JQL results, but maybe I'm looking in the wrong place...

Have you also checked with support for Rich Filters (support@appfire.com)?
